1.To make a false complaint, first of all give a counter complaint against the complainant to the concerned or nearest police station or to their superior. Remember, no proof is required to file a complaint. It is the responsibility of the investigating officer to investigate the complaint, stop the complaint if it is found to be wrong or if it is found to be correct, then file a case under the relevant section.

2. A private complaint against the false complainant can also be given to the magistrate of the area under Section 190 (A) of the CrPC. Who will take action under Section 200 on your complaint.

3. Under Section 158 (3) of CRPC, a complaint to the Magistrate can be requested to the police for lodging an FIR.

4. If the above false complaint goes to the court, then you should ask the court for a "Notice of Excavation" and express your intention to contest that false complaint. As soon as you talk about the contest, the next party will have to present evidence and witnesses against you within a certain time frame. You can cross-examine that evidence and the witness in the court and you can bring the truth before the court keeping your stand.

5. Do not leave the false complainant like this. Start the process of filing cases against them under various sections. Ask for compensation for excess and mental trouble and defamation that happened to you. Remember that the false complainant is not the owner of the law, rather he is a manipulator taking advantage of the shortcomings of the law.

The largest owner of law in our country is the Parliament of our country and the Supreme Court and High Court are the guardians of that law. These constitutional courts have enough right to appropriately punish the false complainant by dismissing any false complaint or case.
