A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court demanding the execution of the death sentence of Nirbhaya's culprits at the earliest. It has been said in the petition that the review petition and further curative petition should be disposed of within a month on behalf of the culprits. The death penalty should be implemented in a month. Advocate Sanjeev Kumar, by the petitioner's profession, has also demanded a live broadcast of the death sentence.
The victim's mother has also reached the Supreme Court in Delhi's 'Nirbhaya' rape case. He has filed an intervention petition against the reconsideration petition filed in the Supreme Court of convict Akshay Kumar Singh. In the petition filed on behalf of Nirbhaya's mother Asha Devi, it has been said that the convicts are escaping punishment by playing legal tricks, it has been seven years already.

Significantly, one of the convicts of Nirbhaya (Nirbhaya), the Supreme Court has decided to hear on the review petition of Akshay Kumar Singh on 17 December. A three-judge bench will hear Akshay Kumar Singh's reconsideration petition. The time of hearing has been set by the court at 2 pm. The court has said that the case will be heard in open court.

Speaking to NDTV here, Nirbhaya's mother said that I am satisfied with the court proceedings. I have been waiting for seven years. I will wait one more week. I hope the review petition of Akshay will be dismissed on 17th. It is also expected that on 18th, I will go here by issuing this death warrant.

Significantly, Akshay was sentenced to death by the trial court. His sentence was upheld by the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court. Akshay has asked the Supreme Court to reconsider the death sentence in the review petition. The convict has asked the Supreme Court to apologize for the delay in filing the review petition.
