On the petition demanding the award of Bharat Ratna to Mahatma Gandhi, the Supreme Court said that Mahatma Gandhi is above Bharat Ratna. People from all over the world respect Mahatma Gandhi very much. The court told the petitioner that he values ​​his feelings. So, he himself can give a memorandum to the government about this.

In our view, Mahatma Gandhi is above Bharat Ratna.
